I rolled over!
Yes, it finally happened. I rolled over from back to stomach tonight after dinner. Mom and Dad were cheering me on and I finally did it! I was so proud of myself that I didn't want to be on my back again. I enjoyed the new view for a little while. I also sat in my seat at the table while Mom made dinner. There are no pictures of my rolling over, but mom caught it on film.

Sundays are great
On Sunday, we get up early and go to church. The nice nursery workers feed me while Dad and Mom are in church. Then, we go with Grandpa and Grandma Buell to lunch. I think this happens every Sunday. Well, we always come home after and I eat again. It never fails that I have a really stinky diaper after church. It was Dad's turn to change me. He thought I was going to get him too!

What's new?
I have almost rolled over from my back to my stomach. I just cannot figure out how to get my head turned to make me complete the roll. My half roll is my favorite thing to do during diaper changes. It makes putting on the diaper a challenge, but I am a baby and that's my job.
I am much more alert and love to watch the world around me. My favorite thing right now is to watch my dad do the Braves tomahawk chop. It makes me smile!

Laughing
I have discovered my voice and have enjoyed laughing. So far, only in front of mom, but she caught some of it on film. I like the toy bar on my bouncer now. Before, it just blocked my view of mom and dad. I also am enjoying tummy time more. Mom lays lots of toys out for me to see and hear. I have not tried grabbing for them because I would lose my balance. I am holding my head up higher and higher.

My Great Aunt Cathy and Great Aunt Gretta
Aunt Cathy and I posed for this picture at the Augusta boat race. Well, the first picture was when the storm was passing over and the motor home started to shake...we won't share that picture. We are happy now that the storm is over. Aunt Gretta must have taken me away from my Great Grandma Jacobs...she was really good at putting me to sleep...something I used to not do a lot of!

What I have been up to for 3 months you ask?
Well, I have had a very busy three months. First, I spent a few days in the hospital while Mom recovered. People even came to see me...Grandma and Grandpa Buell, Uncle Colby, Great Grandma Buell, Great Aunt Sheila, Great Uncle Tim (he gave me the nickname R2M2, in case you were wondering), Dawn, Melinda, Mary Ann, Marty, Brian and Matt.
Then, I came home and the next day Grandma Deffenbaugh came to stay for two WHOLE weeks. That was great. She knew how to put me to sleep. I liked to give everyone a hard time. Paula and Kathryn from Mom's work also came by the house to see me.
The beginning of June I got to meet even more people. My cousin Betsy and Jacque came to host a welcome shower. Great Grandma Jacobs and Great Aunt Gretta flew down just to see me too!
Mom took me to her work when I was 4 weeks old. I screamed most of the time. I wasn't into the car ride and just wasn't happy out of my element.
Mom and Dad took me all over. But, my biggest outing to date was to Rhode Island at the beginning of July. I got to met my Grandpa Deffenbaugh and Uncle David. We all went to Bristol, RI for the oldest 4th of July parade. Mom and Dad also took me to Kennebunkport, ME. It was a great trip.
The weekend after I got to meet my Great Uncle Ken, Great Aunt Cathy, Cousin Joanna and Cousin Anthony. My Great Uncle was in a drag boat race in Augusta, GA. He placed first! It was exciting trip because of his win and the tornado that was on the other side of the river.
That's basically been it.
